Year 7 Little Big Awards

On the 31st January students presented on the topic of ‘Connecting the unconnected’. The theme was set by CISCO who have sponsored the Little Big Awards STEM event. Student’s chose products ranging from toothbrushes, bins, shoes to fridges and worked out ingenious ways they could utilise the internet to benefit our lives.

The judging panel included Dr Sievewright, Mr Wakeley, Miss Chapman, Miss Baldwin & Mr Van Den Bergh (STEM Ambassador).

A huge congratulations to all who took part, with the winning team of Joash Jennis, Barney Barnes, Harry Lansley and Tristan Whittle presenting on a modern take of the pest trap. They will now take part in the regional finals at the Cambridge Science Park.

Congratulations to all who took part
